Stage #1
>The Prep

50ml Stolichnaya
30ml Pedro Ximenez
200ml Junk’s Spicy Tom Juice

1 x Quilmes Lager

Pickled Chilli
Tajin Seasoning

 
 

Junk’s Spicy Tom Juice

100ml ‘Big Tom’ Juice
(Or regular Tomato juice if you can’t find any)
15ml Sweet Soy Sauce
15ml Lime Juice
15ml Worcestershire Sauce
Tobasco Sauce to taste
Tajin Seasoning to taste

  • Mix everything very well together
    (Loosen sweet soy before pouring into mix).

Stage #2
Assemble

shake \ sexy highball

 

  • Shake all of your ingredients together on ice (apart from the Quilmes & Chilli Garnish).

  • Strain into a Sexy Highball with Ice and top with the Quilmes Lager (Half Half).

  • Garnish each with Pickled Chilli and a sprinkle of Tajin Seasoning.
