This website was originally curated, and has since been redesigned by co-founder Jade, as a space to reflect on and honour the passion, hard work and time that went into creating it all.

All physical spaces are now permanently closed.

Introducing …

We did things a bit different at the Restaurant - a sophisticated take on Junk. Everything indulgent and not good for you, but sexier and more refined, utilising our fine dining backgrounds, without the wank we use to say. Fresh seasonal produce, all made in house by our talented chefs using Scotland’s incredible larder. With an eclectic array of influences from the likes of Asia, America and Europe.
