Serves 2

Hey!

Love a French 75 & a Kir Royal? We’ve bastardised the two together and added even more of a dent to get you going. We think it’s the tits! Hence why we put Kate Moss in the background of the photo! Get making it and send us a photo of you enjoying this fabulous concoction - tits included will also be greatly appreciated!

P.S. We got this sexy glass from a wonderful company in Edinburgh called Waste Free Lifestyle, that helps people live ethical and sustainable lives; by rehoming and reusing items to stop anything reaching landfill. Go check them out and give them a like on instagram and facebook!

The Recipe

Stage #1
>The Prep

50ml King Soho Gin
50ml Braemble Gin Liqueur

8 Brambles
50ml Sugar Syrup
50ml Peach Purée
50ml Lemon Juice

Topped with Prosecco

2 Brambles
2 Lemon Twist
2 Sprigs of Thyme
Cocktail Stick

Sugar Syrup

So, we’ve not put measurements down here as we reckon you’d like to decide how much to make…. Sugar syrup will keep for a long time so we like to make a bottle’s worth and keep it in the cupboard for those occasions where we fancy getting our cocktail game on.

50% Water
50% Caster Sugar

  • Pop your equal parts Water and Sugar into a pan and bring it up to the boil. Take it off the heat and leave to cool.

  • You’re good to go - simple!

Peach Purée

1 Peach
140g of Strained Peaches from the can (in Syrup)

  • Cut up your Peaches into chunks - discard the pip!

  • Pop it in a Blender and blitz until smooth.

Stage #2
>Assemble

shake & build / flute glass

  • Begin by adding the Brambles to your Shaker and muddle.

  • Add in the rest of your ingredients (apart from the Prosecco and Garnish) and give it a good shake.

  • Double strain into your Flute Glasses and top with Prosecco.

  • Garnish by wrapping the Brambles in twisted Lemon Peel and hold together with a Cocktail Stick. Slide the Sprig of Thyme in between the other garnish.
