Hey,
So, you must know the saying, “It’s like marmite, you’ll either love it or you’ll hate it!”. Well, these are Marmite Cheesy Bites. Need I say more?

>Rolling Pin
>Grater
>Wire Rack
The Recipe
Stage #1
>Mix it up!
500g Puff Pastry
100g Marmite
1/2 Lemon
80g Parmesan
4 Medium Yolks
20g Nigella Seeds
Whisk the Egg Yolks.
Lay out the Puff Pastry and brush with a layer of Egg Yolk, cut the Pastry in half & refrigerate for 5 minutes,
Mix the Lemon Juice together with the Marmite.
Using one side of the Puff Pastry lather a decent layer of the Marmite and grate over a generous amount of Parmesan. Place the other half of the Pastry on top and press down, roll over it with a Rolling Pin just to make it a bit more together.
Brush another layer of Egg Yolk on top and refrigerate for 10 minutes
Brush one more layer of Egg Yolk on top and sprinkle with Nigella Seeds.
Remove from the fridge and portion into 1.5cm strips, hold one side and twist the other side. Place back into the fridge until you’re ready to bake.

Greaseproof Paper
Preheat the oven to 190ºc.
Place some Greaseproof Paper onto a flat baking tray and lay down the cheese sticks with at least 3cm distance between them. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and leave to cool on a Wire Rack.
