Always having a bloody moan!
Right, I’m speaking for myself here - definitely not Jade. I absolutely hate baked beans. Completely detest them. I’ve never understood the British fascination with them. Overcooked nonsense beans in a cheap crappy tomato sauce, from a tin, 92% of the time heated up in a microwave and spread onto toasted bread making the whole lot soggy. You call that a meal!?! I don’t understand why this is a british staple - it’s embarrassing. This is why people think our food is garbage.
I promised Jade I’d do my best to make a big sexy version of beans on toast that I wouldn't have a moan at. This is the final result. It’s more like a Cowboy ranchers version of beans but still a tomato beansy concoction. Fuck in some cheese and a bit of a crunchy crust and Boom! You’ve just elevated that shit a wee bit more. In no way am I having a moan as it’s actually really bloody tasty, however, it is and always will be ‘A Polished Jobby’.

Stage #2
>Cook it baby!
Gently heat up your Beanos in a pot if not already warm.
When it comes to toasting your Bread - use a roasting hot pan with some Veg Oil and give the bread a good bit of colour. The charring adds to the flavour! Don't be a dick and toast both sides!
